How we use your data
We use your personal data to provide our services: matching you with suitable lenders, assessing your financing options, reviewing term sheets, benchmarking rates, and communicating with you about your enquiry. We use contact information to follow up on your enquiry via WhatsApp or email. We may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our AI tools and services.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to the services you have requested from us.
AI-powered tools
Our website features AI-powered tools (Loan Check-Up, Term Sheet Scanner, Rate Check) that process information you provide to generate assessments. The information you enter into these tools is sent to our servers and processed using third-party AI services. Only share material you have authority to share, remove unnecessary personal or confidential details such as identity or account numbers, and do not paste legal advice you have received. We retain both the information you provide (your answers, term sheet content, or rate details) and the assessment generated for you, linked to the contact details you give us, so that our team has the full context when following up on your enquiry. That record may be stored in our internal systems and in third-party business tools we use to manage enquiries, and it is retained in line with the Data retention section below. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

Information you choose to submit
Some tools on this site let you type or paste free text, such as loan terms. Please do not include sensitive personal identifiers (for example NRIC or passport numbers, bank account numbers) or confidential information beyond what the tool asks for. The tools work just as well without them. Only include material you have authority to share, and remove unnecessary names, identity numbers, account numbers and other personal or confidential details before submitting. Any personal data you do include is handled in accordance with this policy.
Sharing your data
We may share your personal data with lenders, financial institutions, or other capital providers as part of the financing process, and only with your knowledge. We share the information necessary for them to assess your application. We do not share your data with lenders without first discussing the approach with you.
We may share your data with professional service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as CRM providers, email services, and hosting providers) where necessary for them to provide their services to us. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
